Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Donations once made to Saanidhya.org are non-refundable and non-cancellable as they are immediately put towards charitable work.
  2. In case of duplicate donations due to technical error, or if a donor has entered the wrong amount, please contact us within 3 working days at saanidhya.2003@gmail.com with proof of transaction. The Trust will review the request and process a refund if found valid.
  3. All eligible donations will receive an 80G Exemption Certificate, which will be emailed or couriered to the donor within 15 working days from the date of donation.
